Job Requirements & Responsibilities
We are looking for individuals that are experienced with multilevel management including sales, business development, and production. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience leading and growing a team.
- Can provide written and oral reports on all division operations
- Sales leadership and sales skills is mandatory
- Business development and marketing skills needed
- Identifies gaps and mobilizes efforts to fill them
- Supports corporate initiatives and procedures
- Ensures all projects are administered at the highest level of compliance
- Supervises project managers and office staff towards the achievement of revenue goals
- Receives and carries out direction on legal, accounting, and compliance issues.
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
- Manage operations and finances of business
- Ensure that quality of work is maintained
Compensation
- Competitive wage based on industry standard, skill set and location

- $80-$100k/annual DOE
